Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to return.
Print Your Label
Generate and print your prepaid UPS return shipping label directly from the portal; a flat-rate shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your unused items in their original boxes, attach the prepaid shipping label, and drop off the package at any authorized UPS location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
